Aluminium melting and heat holding furnaces are constituted by refractory-made basins, insulated and supported by steel sheets and profiles.

The homogenization furnace is based on a modular construction, manufactured with steel profiles, steel sheets and well insulated. The thermal cycle defined according to the final product to be obtained, is managed through the automation system capable to keep the set point temperature for the billet inside the furnace.

Our automatic log loading machine foresees that the charging platform moves parallel to the furnace axis the loading system is designed to load the billets from the storage area to the required furnace and vice versa.

Furnaces manufactured by us are log heating from 7” to 16” and are manufactured to guarantee the maximum performances in terms of consumption and production (production from 2 to 10 ton/h).

The de-coating is a thermal treatment applied on the aluminium scrap, used to remove from the surface of the material all the contaminants as paper, oil, links, paint, plastic.
